About this policy
This policy applies to the TripSetGo website, web planner and Android app. TripSetGo is built and operated by Ibiz Technologies. It helps you organise itineraries, checklists, expenses, notes, travel history and travel documents.
Account information
When you sign in, we use your name and email address to identify your account and send one-time verification codes. You do not need to create a password.
Trip information
Trips, itinerary items, dates, checklists, expenses, text notes, passport entries, wishlists and related preferences may be stored on TripSetGo’s servers. This allows signed-in features to work across the web planner and supported app experiences.
Offline documents and profile photos
Travel documents added in the Android app or web planner are stored locally on the device or in that browser. They are not uploaded to TripSetGo’s server and do not sync to another device.
Clearing browser or app data, using private browsing, changing devices or uninstalling the app or browser may permanently remove local files. Keep an original copy of every important travel document.
Profile photos are uploaded to your account when you choose to save one. They are available across your signed-in devices. You can replace or remove your photo in Profile settings.
Public travel profiles
Your travel information is private unless you choose to publish a travel profile. When publishing, you can choose which passport and wishlist entries are visible and whether to show your name, profile photo, statistics and travel years. A published profile and its share images can be viewed by anyone with the public link. You can turn public sharing off in the planner.
Contact requests
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use this information to understand and respond to your request.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process limited technical details needed to operate and protect the service. These can include an IP address, browser or device type, operating-system version, app version, request time, error details and security logs.
Analytics
TripSetGo uses Google Analytics on the website and Firebase Analytics in the Android app to understand which pages and features are useful. These services may record page or screen views, general feature interactions, app and device details, approximate location based on network information, and how someone reached TripSetGo.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, trip names, note text, document names, search text or expense amounts to analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our website configuration.
Notifications and device access
If you allow notifications in the Android app, TripSetGo can schedule trip and checklist reminders on your device. You can change these settings in the app or in your device settings. When you choose a local document or profile photo, the app uses the access needed to process that action.
How information is used

- Display a public travel profile when you choose to publish one.
Sharing and sale of data
TripSetGo does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate email delivery, hosting, security and analytics, subject to their respective safeguards and policies. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Data retention and deletion
Account and trip information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations. Contact-form messages are kept as needed to handle the request. Local documents remain on your device until you remove them or clear the relevant app or browser storage.

Your choices
- Update your name, profile photo and sharing preferences in Profile settings.
- Turn a public travel profile off or change which entries it displays.
- Remove locally stored documents from the app or browser where you saved them.
- Request account deletion through the contact form.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service or device-storage method can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your email account and devices.
